Returns & Exchanges – Kash Originals
We get it — sometimes a piece doesn’t feel quite right, and that’s okay.
At Kash Originals, we want you to feel good in what you wear. If something isn’t working for you, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and still in its original condition.
What can I return?
You can return any item within 30 days of when your order was delivered. However, to keep things respectful and hygienic for everyone, a few items are non-returnable:
Underwear & swimwear — not eligible for return (for hygiene reasons)
Socks — returnable only if sealed in original packaging
Water bottles — non-returnable
Personalised items — not eligible for return
Final Sale items (US & Canada only) — if marked as 60% off or more, these are final sale and can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded
We inspect all returned items. To receive a full refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition. If it's returned to us damaged, used, or worn, we unfortunately won’t be able to process a refund.
We’re really sorry if something arrived less than perfect — we put a lot of care into everything we make, and we want to make it right.
If you ordered directly from our official online store, there's no need to return the item just yet. Just reach out to us and we’ll take it from there.

Your full name and email
Your order number (e.g. #KO12345)
The item name or description
Clear photos showing:
The fault or damage
A full view of the item
The Kash Originals label and tag
All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Note:
We can only assist if your item was purchased directly from kashoriginals.com. If you bought it through a third-party retailer or marketplace, please contact them directly regarding your order.
What Happens Next?
Once we’ve reviewed your claim and verified the issue, we’ll offer a solution — whether it’s a replacement, refund, or store credit — depending on stock and availability. If needed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
