Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us — we’ll try our best to make it happen.
Processing Times
Each order is processed within 2–4 business days. Since we’re a small-batch, purpose-driven brand, we pack every order with intention and care.
During peak seasons or special drops, processing might take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and packaging are intact

The item was purchased directly from kashoriginals.com
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Socks (unless sealed in original packaging)

Water bottles

Customized or personalized items

Items marked as Final Sale (discounted by 60% or more)
These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase and at checkout.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
